Many domestic violence agencies operate thrift stores to support their work with survivors. Shopping at your local DV agency thrift store is a great way to support programs for survivors in your community.
DV thrift stores primarily stock items donated from their local community members. We encourage you to reach out to a thrift store near you the next time you have gently used items to donate! They often want clothing, accessories, home goods, toys, and sometimes furniture. Please contact them first for their drop-off location, hours, and donation guidelines.
