I enjoy connecting members to the various programs and resources that we offer. I also create opportunities for members to connect with and learn from each other.
I have worked for community-based non-profits in North Carolina, Louisiana, and Tennessee. I have experience in parenting services, homeless outreach, housing advocacy, and youth enrichment. I earned my B.S. in Child and Family Studies from LSU and my Master of Social Work degree from App State.
My partner and I live on a farmstead in Durham County. We enjoy taking care of our vegetable garden, chickens, pigs, and a very sophisticated farm cat.
